Hi Silvia! Yes, it really works… just combine 1 tbsp chia seeds and 3 tbsp water, let it set for about 5 minutes and it forms that same eggy consistency. I was amazed the first time I tried it.. now it is a “must-have” in my pantry!

The banana and avocado are two different alternatives to butter. Replace one cup of butter with one cup of mashed avocado OR one cup of mashed bananas.
