There was never a recipe so easy! Four ingredients and you are done, my friend! This Cilantro Rice will scoot you out of the kitchen and on to where you should be – enjoying life! Just press the button and walk away.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups wild rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp curry
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Place all the ingredients in your rice cooker, press the “brown rice” button and walk away. I know what you are thinking… it can’t be that simple. But it is! The rice cooker will cook the rice for about an hour and a half, then you are left a perfect side dish or main meal.

What if you don’t have a button that will let you select brown rice? Will it work the same?

Yes, you can still cook the rice the way you would traditionally cook it – and it will turn out the same. I just like the Aroma cooker, because it is a “no hassle” way of cooking… I can press a button and walk away.

Is it only wild rice or a mix?? The picture is deceiving.

I like to use wild rice, but it can be a mixture of wild rice and long grain brown rice.
