Bananas? That’s right, folks! This healthy fruit can be frozen and pureed into delectably rich ice cream. So put on those aprons… this is the one time no one’s going to stop you from having ice cream for breakfast!
Grab 3 to 4 bananas.
Peel the bananas.
Chop into 1″ pieces.
Place in a plastic, freezer bag and pop ’em in the freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
After the bananas have frozen, place them in a food processor or blender.
Puree until smooth and silky.
