Need some protein? This “tuna” pâté is just the recipe for you! It is completely raw, vegan, gluten free and fabulous!
I like to make a big batch of this tuna salad on the weekend and store in the refrigerator throughout the week – it’s the perfect meal or snack to pull out when you need some quick protein or have a craving for something with a hearty meat-like taste and texture.

I like to place this delicious spread in hollowed cucumbers, bell peppers or celery ribs. Top off your favorite veggie, whatever that may be, with this pâté and you have yourself a healthy, flavorful main dish.
